Reel Films is now open for private party bookings. Whether it’s a kids birthday party, an adults evening, a staff party or a common-interest group, we can specialize and cater to your event with film, food and activities.

Here is the initial information you might need for booking a private show:








- The theatre has 39 seats (or more if you wanna get squishy on the couch).

 

- I am only able to book private parties at a time that doesn’t conflict with regular show times. Please check the schedule page for show times.



- I can give movie recommendations or if there's a movie your group wants to see you can let me know and I can tell you if I can show it or not. I have a license to show most movies so that shouldn't be a problem.



- I charge a minimum of $80. This includes the theatre rental, a movie, and enough time before and after to do activities (socializing, cake, presents, etc.). Kid’s birthday parties include a massive popcorn fight at the end!



- If you want to buy concession items then you can buy them as per item or at a discounted group rate, eg. If everyone gets a popcorn and soda then you get  %15 off!

- I can also bake and decorate birthday cakes. The cost is on a sliding scale $30-$40, depending on how elaborate you would want the cake (ie. in the shape of something fun, or simply with a name written on it). You are more then welcome to bring your own cake. If you do please remember to bring plates, forks, candles, etc.

 

- For adult groups – I can get a Special Event Liquor License and serve your party alcohol with one weeks notice and an extra charge of $30.
